The month of April has shown us the two different styles of baseball player and I will always side with the tough guys because it is simply better theater. After hitting his first home run last night, which was almost a great catch by Hicks, Vladdy Jr catches a nasty spike to the finger causing a game stoppage and a good amount of treatment. In tough guy form he rubbed some dirt on it, figuratively for some of you, and got back in the game. Bang-Bang and he ends the game 4-4 with 3 HRs and 4 RBI and a very memorable moment at Yankee Stadium. Opposite end of the player spectrum as Kershaw and Manaea in this early part of the season.
